That was a long weekend. After Andy and Train, my legs were killing me. I woke up Saturday and could barely get out of bed! To be fair, I did spend a whole lot of time walking around Tanglewood, but man….
Saturday I tried to relax, but it’s hard with a 5 year old who always wants to go go go! We ran some errands and I was determined to relax. It didn’t happen. My mom asked us to help her take some things to her new place….so I was moving boxes.
Sunday I definitely didn’t get a chance for down time, because we had Big Time Rush. I spent half the show holding O, who weighs 40 pounds and dancing with her. By the time we got back into the car after the show I wasn’t sure how I was going to drive the 30 miles home with legs that were just DONE working haha.
Monday, I decided I was NOT doing anything. Absolutely not. I was staying in, keeping my feet up and being BFFs with my heating pad. Until my friend called to tell us she was going to Six Flags. I never get to see her because she lives 2 hours away, so we decided to go meet up with them. That meant I was on my feet AGAIN.
So maybe I’m not the smartest lady blogger….but I had a really super fun, exhausting and satisfying, albeit painful weekend. When I woke up this morning, I went to see my massage therapist for a blissful 2 hour rubdown. I’m still sore, but not nearly as sore as I was.
I’m relieved to have a bit of a break….but while I’m waiting for my next show, let me know what you’d like to read about. I’ve been to many, many shows and I have some pretty fantastic stories to tell.
Let me know in the comments!
